Clients and Friends,
Tired of writing a check every quarter to pay your estimated taxes? And then stamping an envelope and getting the voucher and
check in the mail by the date that meets the timely filing requirement?
Most of us by now are routinely paying the majority of our bills online. It is not only convenient but
cost effective. Although taxing authorities do not aggressively pursue taxpayers to make estimated payments electronically,
almost all of them are set up to accept payments online.
Following are links to instructions for making online estimated payments. We have included those taxing authorities
most common to our clients. A simple web search should direct you to any other state’s online estimate instructions if needed.
We hope you will take advantage of this option. As an added bonus, at tax time, rather than searching through your
checkbook to verify payments made, you can conveniently pull up your payment history in your online account.
Sincerely,
Bill and Chad Fenstermacher
